I offer trauma-informed therapy groups for adolescents and adults in Michigan & Georgia, grounded in self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and relational healing.

 

BOOST - Eating Disorder Recovery Group

 

BOOST is a supportive, skills-based therapy group for adults navigating eating disorder recovery. This group focuses on strengthening your healthy self, reducing shame, and building tools to respond to food-and-body-related anxiety with compassion & care.

THRIVE - An Adolescent Eating Disorder Recovery Group

 

THRIVE is a therapy group designed to support teens navigating eating disorder recovery in a developmentally appropriate, compassionate environment. The group focuses on building coping skills, emotional awareness, and healthier relationship with food and body - while fostering connection and support with peers.

HOLD - A Grief Support Group

 

HOLD is a compassionate therapy group for adults navigating grief, loss, and anticipatory grief. This group offers space to honor your experience, explore the emotional impact of loss, and feel less alone - without pressure to “move one” or have it all figured out.
