The holiday season can stir up a mix of emotions - joy, pressure, memories, and moments that feel heavier than they look from the outside. To offer gentle support during this time, I am offering two small virtual psychotherapy group sessions designed to provide connection, coping tools, and a place to feel understood.
One group will focus on navigating eating recovery throughout the holidays, including challenges with food, family gatherings, and emotional triggers.
Another group will focus on supporting those grieving a loved one, creating a space to honor your loss while finding steadier ground during a season that is not always easy.
Each group is a safe and supportive space centered around compassion and community.
